数智时代下工业工程理论与方法在医疗健康管理领域的创新应用综述

Innovative Applications of Industrial Engineering Theory and Methods in Healthcare Management: A Review in the Data and Intelligence Era

摘要: 工业工程理论与方法在医疗健康管理领域的应用贯穿于医院设施规划、医疗流程优化、医疗资源管理和疾病诊断等各个环节,为医疗服务改进和效率提升提供了有力支撑。随着物联网、云计算、大数据和人工智能等新一代信息技术的发展,工业工程理论与方法在医疗健康管理领域的应用也发生了改变。本文基于2014 ~ 2023年医疗健康管理文献中的4个热门话题——全生命周期健康管理、医疗资源调度与优化、医院运营管理和医疗物流及供应链管理,回顾工业工程关键技术在相关话题中的应用;归纳和分析新一代信息技术在医疗健康管理领域中的应用创新,阐明数智时代下工业工程理论与方法在医疗健康管理领域的技术赋能和管理赋能;对数智时代下工业工程理论与方法在医疗健康管理信息化、精细化和智能化等方面的应用前景进行展望。

Abstract: The application of industrial engineering theory and methods in healthcare management runs through various aspects, including hospital facility planning, medical process optimization, medical resource management and disease diagnosis, providing strong support for the improvement of medical services and efficiency. With the development of new generation information technologies such as the internet of things, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, the application of industrial engineering theory and methods in healthcare management has undergone significant transformations. Based on four hot topics of literature from 2014 to 2023 in the field of healthcare management, i.e., full life cycle health management, medical resource scheduling and optimization, hospital operation management, and medical logistics and supply chain management, this paper reviews the application of key industrial engineering technologies in these topics. Then, we summarize and analyze the innovation of new generation information technology application in the field of healthcare management, clarifying the technical and management empowerment of industrial engineering theory and methods in this field and the era of data and intelligence. Finally, we envision the application prospects of industrial engineering theory and methods in the informationization, refinement and intelligence of healthcare management in this new era.
