摘要: 基于多Agent建模与仿真方法,认为虚拟制造资源选择的自组织演化过程是一个由一系列资源Agent与任务Agent的交互及这些Agent与环境交互共同组成的复杂适应系统过程;以从能够完成某一任务Agent的资源选择路线方案集合中选择一项适应度最大的满意方案为目的,构建了虚拟制造资源选择的自组织演化模型;用Swarm多主体平台对该模型进行了仿真,设计了各Agent间的信息交互机制,并通过内嵌进化遗传算法进行寻优搜索,得到了较为满意的结果。最后,用实例仿真验证了所提模型方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果可以对虚拟制造资源的快速有效选择和合理利用提供科学的决策依据。

Abstract: Virtual manufacturing resource selection can be seen as a selforganization evolution process of a complex adaptive system. With this viewpoint, the selforganization evolution process is reflected by the interactions between resource agents and the task agents, and between these agents and the environment. Aiming at obtaining a most satisfactory solution from the resource selection route set, a selforganization evolution model is constructed. Based on the model, information interaction mechanism between agents is designed. Then, by using Swarm platform, simulation is carried out with evolutionary genetic algorithm embedded. In this way, an optimal solution can be obtained. An example is used to test the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Results show that the solution obtained is very useful for decisionmaker so as to make a quick and good selection of virtual manufacturing resource.
