摘要:

 目前复杂网络的理论基础已得到深入研究,但其在生产领域的应用状况和趋势分析尚不明确。为此,提出了一个面向离散制造过程的复杂网络理论应用研究框架;通过分析国内外相关文献资料,围绕与制造过程密切相关的产品族/产品设计、零部件制造、产品装配和效能评价4个方面进行综述,对当前取得的成果进行了总结和分析。并通过与Petri网等复杂系统建模方法比较,发现采用复杂网络理论重新定义当前的生产过程,可为生产研究提供新的视角和思路。最后对未来的研究趋势作了进一步展望。

Abstract:

 At present, the complex networks theory has been deeply investigated. However, its application and development trend in the field of production are not clear. First of all, a framework for applying complex network theory in discrete manufacturing process is proposed. Then, the research advance of product family/product design, parts manufacturing, assembly and performance evaluation are reviewed through examining the relevant literature at home and abroad. Compared with the other modeling methods such as Petri nets, this research can provide a new perspective and idea through introducing complex network theory into manufacturing system. Finally, future research direction is discussed.
