摘要: 基于某链轮车间生产系统的改善,通过价值流图析方法识别生产系统中存在的浪费,并利用TOC方法识别瓶颈资源,综合运用精益生产与改进型SLP、SHA的相关理论,探索了制造业生产系统设计改善的一般方法,并提出了具体建议。构建了Witness仿真模型,验证表明改善效果明显。提出的生产系统改善方案,对车间生产系统的改善具有积极的现实意义,并能够为同类型制造企业的车间生产系统改善提供一定参考。

关键词: 约束理论, 系统布置设计(SLP), 搬运系统分析(SHA), 价值流图分析(VSM), Witness仿真

Abstract: Value Stream Mapping is an effective tool to identify and reduce waste in the production system. TOC is the theory to find the bottleneck of the system and improve the effective output of the system. Based on the improvement of the production system of a sprocket workshop, the waste in the production system is identified through the Value Stream Mapping analysis, and the TOC method is used to identify bottleneck resources, and then the related theories of improved SLP, SHA and lean production applied to explore the general method of improve manufacturing production system, and specific suggestions put forward. Finally, the Witness simulation model is built, and validation shows that the improvement effect is obvious. The improvement plan of production system proposed has a positive and practical significance for the improvement of workshop production system and can provide some reference for the improvement of workshop production system of the same type of manufacturing enterprises.
