高新技术产业协同创新协同度评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Synergy Degree of Collaborative Innovation in High-tech Industry

摘要: 分析高新技术产业协同创新协同度有利于推动产业创新发展。将高新技术产业协同创新系统划分为创新投入、创新产出与创新环境3个子系统,采用复合系统协同度模型对我国及11个省市高新技术产业协同创新协同度进行实证分析。结果表明,2013 ~ 2020年全国及11个省市高新技术产业协同创新协同度均值偏低,其中全国协同度均值仅为0.41;2020年全国高新技术产业协同创新投入子系统有序度值为0.84,较高,产出子系统有序度值为0.97,较高,环境子系统有序度值为0.97,较高;2020年11个省市高新技术产业协同创新各子系统有序度呈现不均衡性,产出子系统与环境子系统有序度值整体较高,投入子系统有序度值整体偏低;2013 ~ 2020年广东高新技术产业协同创新协同度均值在全国11省市中排名第1。

Abstract: Analyzing the synergy degree of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry helps to industrial innovation. The collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry is divided into three subsystems: innovation input, innovation output and innovation environment. By use of the synergy degree model of composite system, the synergy degree of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry in China and its 11 districts is analyzed empirically. The results show as follows. Firstly, the mean of synergy degree of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry in China and its 11 districts is low from 2013 to 2020, and the national mean of synergy degree is only 0.41. Secondly, the value of order degree of input subsystem of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry in China in 2020 is high(0.84), the value of order degree of output subsystem is high(0.97), and the value of order degree of environment subsystem is high(0.97). Thirdly, the order degree of each subsystem of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industries in 11 districts in 2020 is unbalanced. The value of order degree of output subsystem and that of environment subsystem are high overall, while the value of order degree of input subsystem is low on the whole. Fourthly, the mean of synergy degree of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry in Guangdong ranks first among the 11 districts in China from 2013 to 2020.
