造船壳装托盘化管理实施策略及效果分析

摘要: 提高钢材利用率和降低钢材的物料移动量是造船企业缩短工期、提高效率、节约成本的重要途径。首次提出壳装托盘化管理的思路与方法,将壳装托盘分为“逻辑托盘”和“物理托盘”,以此为核心从船体生产设计、采购管理、库存管理、信息管理等方面分析了实施壳装托盘化管理的方法与策略并对该策略的初步实施效果进行了分析。

Abstract: In shipbuilding, the increase of steel usage rate and reduction of material delivery are the critical ways to shorten the lead time, increase the productivity, and save the cost. For this purpose, for the first time, a novel concept of using tray for shipbuilding is proposed. Based on this concept, a new method for shipbuilding is developed. There are two types of trays: logical and physical ones. With the proposed concept and method, techniques are presented for hull production design, material purchasing management, inventory management, information management, and so on. The effectiveness of applying the proposed method is analyzed.
