大中型企业理想职级结构Markov链模型的建立和动态调节实现问题研究

摘要: 在假设职级晋升比例与离职率稳定的条件下,构建了企业职级结构变化的齐次Markov链模型,将企业理想职级结构的求解转化为线性方程组问题;通过控制每一期各个职级的招聘比例,对企业职级结构进行动态调节;收集某一大型IT企业职级数据,并对该模型进行实证研究,说明建立的企业职级结构变化模型和动态调节至理想职级结构的方法对企业具有可推广性。

Abstract: Under the condition that the proportion of position rank promotion and dismissal is stable, study on enterprise position rank structure change is conducted. A homogeneous Markov chain model is established for this problem. For ideal position rank structure, this problem can be converted into a set of linear equations. With this model, then to optimize the enterprise position rank structure is to dynamically regulate the recruitment rate of every position rank for every year. With the position rank structure data from a large information technology (IT) enterprise, empirical analysis is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
