生物质直燃发电厂仓库规模动态规划

Dynamic Planning of the Biomass Power Plant Warehouse Scale

摘要: 生物质直燃电厂仓库以及收储站的规模大小与库存水平,对于降低电厂的固定成本和运营成本至关重要。为解决这些问题,建立了电厂仓库、收储站规模与其库存控制联合动态规划优化模型。以30 MW生物质电厂为例,根据模型及其相关参数的敏感性分析,得到了一些结论,比如,在使用多种生物质燃料情形下,电厂仓库、收储站的最优规模分别为35 887 m2、24 147 m2;当收储站和电厂的安全库存分别在6 000 t以下和17 000 t以下时,总费用会有降低,否则会相反。使用单一生物质燃料有类似的结论。

Abstract: The warehouse and collection station scale and inventory level are essential to reduce fix cost and operational costs for the biomass direct combustion power plant. In order to settle the problems, a dynamic programming model is established by joining the warehouse scale, station scale, and their inventory control. In the case of the 30MW biomass power plant, according to the model and sensitivity analysis of the relative parameters, some conclusions are reached, such as:using multibiomass fuel, the warehouse scale and collection station scale are respectively 35 887 and 24 147m2;when safety inventory levels of them both are respectively under 6 000 ton and 17 000 ton, the total cost will reduce, or else it will increase. Similar results emerge when using single biomass.
