座椅扶手支撑对VDT作业人员鼠标操作的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Seat Armrest Support on Mouse Operation of VDT Operators

摘要: 为了探讨座椅扶手支撑对VDT作业人员鼠标操作的影响关系,采用可以调节扶手支撑的Dxracer FE0办公座椅,选取30名VDT作业人员作为被试,使用Aim booster软件进行鼠标操作测试,采集有无扶手支撑两种状态下的测试数据。结果表明,有扶手支撑时的鼠标点击精确度及击中目标次数较无扶手支撑时的更高;有扶手支撑时的鼠标点击平均反应时间较无支撑时的更高;性别对鼠标点击绩效存在影响。据此提出针对不同鼠标操作任务类型的座椅扶手设置等相关建议。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of armrest support on the mouse operation of VDT operators, the Dxracer FE0 office seat with adjustable armrest support was adopted. 30 VDT operators were selected as subjects. Mouse operation test was conducted using Aim booster software to obtain test data in two states with and without armrest support. The results show that the mouse click accuracy and hit times are higher when there is armrest support than when there is no armrest support. The average reaction time of mouse clicks with armrest support was higher than that without armrest support. Gender has an impact on mouse click performance. Some suggestions on seat armrest setting are put forward for different mouse operation tasks.
