Knowledge Transfer and Team Performance in Knowledge Team

Abstract:  〖WT5”BZ〗 ()  In this paper, the characteristics of the team knowledge transfer, and the transfer tools and techniques are analyzed in detail. Then, a model is developed to describe the relation between the knowledge transfer and team performance. With the model, a number of hypotheses are presented. To validate these hypotheses, questionnaire from 500 knowledge workers in different teams are collected. The data are processed by using statistical tools such as SPSS and AMOS. In this way, interesting results are obtained.
