Abstract: With the operation organization mode of our country′s small and medium-sized production enterprise (SMPEs) manual operation system (MOS) as the research object, and with group work mode of production and processing product batch makespan as objective function, and considering the effect of organizational learningburnout，a case study is conducted on how to get the optimum solution by using simulation in workers product batch processing production cycle. Through the example results show that with proper rest time and rest times, product batch processing cycle is better, while too long or too short time to rest and too many or too few rest times will affect the product batch processing cycle.
