Abstract:

To explore the improvement of safety education effect, some scenarios in enterprise construction personnel safety education are presented to those who carry out safety education work of construction enterprises from the perspective of human engineering. After record and statistical work on the category and number of times of unsafe behaviors within 15 days after receiving the safety education, the experimental data are analyzed, detecting the inadequacy in safety education effect in safety awareness and unsafe behavior customary norms. The results shows that the main reasons for the problems are interpersonal relationships and inadequate training intensity for the safety operation technology. Combining theoretical and engineering activities using decomposition theory that considers personal willingness and the effect of safety education, corresponding improvement measures are put forward from the safety education and training mode, workers, and the construction enterprises, which provides a new way to improving construction workers′ safety education and training effect.
