摘要/Abstract

摘要： 选择58家珠江三角洲上市公司2012~2016年面板数据，采用实证研究方法检验媒体关注对珠江三角洲上市公司社会责任信息披露的影响。研究表明，在总体上，媒体关注显著影响企业社会责任信息披露，而且媒体关注与国有企业社会责任信息披露正相关，与非国有企业社会责任信息披露负相关。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 58 listed companies in the Pearl River Delta from 2012 to 2016, the influence of media attention on the Corporate Social Responsibility Information Disclosure (CSRID) of the Pearl River Delta listed companies is examined through empirical methods. The research shows that media attention significantly affects Corporate Social Responsibility Information Disclosure in general, and media attention is positively related to the CSRID of state-owned enterprises, while it is negatively related to the CSRID of non-state-owned enterprises.
