A Comparative Study of Priority Rules for Mold Project Dynamic Scheduling

摘要: 模具产品的定制化特征使得大量模具企业采用项目管理的方法进行生产管理。针对大量并行项目、新项目随机到达、有限资源能力以及大量随机事件干扰导致难以获得模具项目调度最优解的问题,提出以简单高效的经典优先规则近似求解。为了评价不同经典优先规则的优劣,选取了15种适用于模具项目调度问题的规则,以随机生成的算例为实验数据设计了对应的仿真实验,并以项目群累积拖期天数、累积拖期成本以及累积拖期项目数作为评价指标。实验结果表明不同项目环境下对应不同决策目标的最优规则差异较大,所得结论不仅对于合理选择优先规则进行模具项目调度决策具有实际指导意义,也将为后续构建多规则组合的模具项目高效控制策略奠定基础。

Abstract: The customization feature of mold product has allowed a great number of mold companies to utilize the project management methods for their production management. For the problem that optimal solution of mold project scheduling is hard to be obtained due to a large number of concurrent projects, random arrivals, limited resources and impacts of random events, the simple and effective classical priority rules were employed to get the approximate solution. To evaluate the performance of different rules, 15 priority rules which are suitable for mold project scheduling problem were selected and corresponding simulation experiment was designed based on randomly generated instances with the evaluation index of cumulative tardiness days, cumulative tardiness cost and cumulative tardiness project number. Experimental results show that the optimal rule will vary with the project environment and decision objective. The obtained conclusions are not only valuable for selecting reasonable priority rule to make scheduling decisions, but will also serve as a basis for the construction of effective mold project control strategy based on multiple rules combination.
