Application of MahalanobisTaguchi Method to Optimal Selection of Influential Factors for Single Disease Cost Analysis

摘要: 针对以往统计方法基于各种假设前提、因素判断过程复杂、计算量大的缺点,为更准确有效地选择出影响单病种成本的关键因素,提出利用马氏田口方法对单病种成本的影响因素进行优化选择。在对以往单病种影响因素研究回顾和对马氏田口方法介绍的基础上,以某医院单纯性阑尾炎病种为例,利用马氏田口方法对阑尾炎成本的影响因素进行选择识别,用选择后的因素对病种成本进行回归预测拟合度达82%。研究结果表明马氏田口对单病种成本影响因素优化选择具有有效性,为单病种成本影响因素选择提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract: To analyze the disease cost by existing statistical methods, it is based on premise of hypothesis, the judgment process is complex, and it involves large amount of computation. To overcome these shortcomings, the key is how to select the influential factors. In this paper, MahalanobisTaguchi is proposed to do so for single disease cost analysis. Based on the relative factors in the literature, a case study for pure appendicitis in a hospital is conducted. By using MahalanobisTaguchi method, influential factors are selected such that the fitting degree of regression reaches to 82%. This implies that the method is effective and practically applicable
