摘要: 为研究塔式起重机驾驶员不同的培训方法对操作绩效的影响,以及不同的培训方法和操控任务复杂度之间的关系,利用塔式起重机虚拟仿真实验平台,设计了训练方法和任务复杂度等两因素三水平的实验,通过实验验证了:1)采用不同的培训方法对操作绩效产生显著性的影响;2)不同复杂度操控任务应该采用不同的培训方法。

Abstract: To explore the influence from different methods of training tower crane drivers in operation performance, and the relationship between the task complexity and different training methods, an experiment with twofactor and threelevel performance on platform of tower crane virtual simulation is designed, in which the two factors are training methods and task complexity. The results indicate that 1) different training methods will result in significantly different performances; and 2) different training methods should be adopted for different task complexities.
