摘要:

为确定航空复杂装备协同研制中不同供应商的参与模式,根据主制造商研制的信息积累过程,提出知识累积函数,考虑供应商的依赖度与协同度,提出设计返工函数来形式化供应商研制的返工进程,在此基础上,建立供应商参与协同研制模型,通过构造考虑研制时间和研制成本的全局收益变量,对供应商最优参与时间及其与主制造商的信息交流次数问题进行研究,得出不同供应商最优参与模式的判定条件,最后通过算例验证该结论的适用性,为航空复杂装备的研制提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to determine the different patterns of supplier involvement in collaborative R&D process of aviation complex equipment, the knowledge accumulation function is established according to the information accumulation process of main manufacturers, the rework function is established based on supplier's collaborative degree and dependence degree. Then, a model is established about supplier involvement aiming for involvement time of the supplier and information communication frequency by constructing the global gain variables considering trade-off between product development time and cost, and the criteria for different patterns of supplier involvement obtained. Finally, an example is given to verify the result, which can provide guidance for practical application.
