摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究行业诚信体系建设的动力演化机理。从系统动力学视角，建立行业诚信体系建设的动力学模型；基于实际行业诚信体系，进行了初始状态和方程设计分析、政策仿真分析。结果表明诚信制度越完善，诚信信息越透明，所需的诚信监管力度就越低，可有效降低监管成本并促进行业诚信水平提升；企业诚信水平对诚信制度变动最为敏感，行业从业人员诚信水平在长期内对诚信信息变动最为敏感，政府在诚信体系建设过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。基于诚信立法、诚信信息服务机构建设等角度为我国行业诚信体系建设提出对了策建议。

Abstract: The dynamic mechanism of credit system construction is studied. Firstly, from the perspective of system dynamics, a dynamic model of credit system construction is established and the initial state and equation designed based on the actual system. And then, the model is simulated, and the simulation results show that the more integrity the credit system has and the more transparent the credit information is, the less the supervision strength is, which can effectively reduce the regulatory costs and promote the social credit level. With the credit of business more sensitive to the change of credit system, personal credit is more sensitive to information change in the long term while the government plays a vital role in credit system construction. At last, based on legislation and information services, policy proposals for credit system construction are put forward.
