Abstract: Knowledge context is closely related to the performance of business problems. However, there are few researches on the effect of knowledge context on performance of business progress. Based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs, adopting the method of literature research, enterprise visits and numerical analysis, a knowledge context model is put forward including the four dimensions of hierarchical needs (leader competency, teamwork atmosphere, site management, performance management), using the research data to empirically study how the knowledge context affects the performance of business progress. It is revealed that the psychological needs play regulatory roles between knowledge context and business execution performance. This research has important value in expanding the basic theory of knowledge management and enhancing the performance of enterprise knowledge management.

Key words: knowledge context, psychological demand, knowledge management, business execution performance
