F-AHPBased Partner Selection in Dynamic Alliance of Distribution Centers

Abstract: The partner selection problem is critical to the dynamic alliance of distribution centers.To select partners in a quick and reasonable way,this paper presents a method that integrates fuzzy analytical hierarchical process (F-AHP) and (0-1) integer programming.Trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are used in FAHP.With the proposed method,the difficulties of collecting and processing data in genetic algorithm are overcome.Meanwhile,we solve the problems resulted from neglecting the inherent blur and uncertainty as well as the cost of enterprise linking in AHP.In this way,partners are reasonably selected and the process is simplified as well.
