Abstract: Auction is an effective way for enterprise mergence and acquisition (M&A). There are a number of serious problems in the stateowned enterprise mergence and acquisition (M&A). To solve these problems, the auction decision making for the stateowned enterprise mergence and acquisition (M&A) is discussed in this paper. After analyzing the cause of these problems, a set of attributes for auction decision making is constructed. Then, a general model for multiattribute auction decision making is proposed. In comparison with the existing models that are based on fuzzy sets, the proposed model is more flexible and practical by taking multiattributes into account. Based on this model, the control points are presented for the decision making process.
