Review of Network Warning of Food Quality Safety

Abstract

Abstract: How to effectively build network warning methods of food quality safety is one of important and urgent problems in food quality safety management. The presence and shortage of existing research are reviewed from aspects of information disclosure mechanism, network warning mechanism, and media supervision mechanisms of food quality safety. Future research directions are proposed in three aspects of information disclosure mechanism design, network communication mechanism, and network evolution of food quality safety.
