Abstract:

The incapability of lean performance to reflect strategic indicator in manufacturing enterprises is under study. The mapping rules between enterprise strategic objectives and lean level indicators are built. A network model of the lean level index system is established by using the interpretation structure model method. This model is evaluated by using fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) and grey correlation degree (GCD). The translation between enterprise objectives and key lean indexes is proved by the case study. The maximum deviation of evaluation outcome is less than 5 percent compared with the enterprise objectives evaluation, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of evaluation model and mapping rules.
