摘要: 云制造环境下,如何提高平台型企业分配资源的效率,解决多种服务组合结构中同时出现的复杂制造任务问题亟待解决。本文综合权衡平台和需求方的利益,建立了需求方服务质量指标和平台柔性指标的多属性评价方法,构建了资源分配的双层结构优化决策模型,设计了求解稳定分配方案的算法,并论证了云制造平台供应链的Pareto最优性。最后,通过算例验证整个分配机制的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: In the cloud manufacturing environment, how to improve the efficiency of platform-based enterprises to allocate resources and solve the complex manufacturing tasks that arise at the same time in the multi-service combination structure needs urgently to be solved. The comprehensive trade-off platform and the interests of the demand side are used to establish a multi-attribute evaluation method for demand-side service quality indicators and platform flexibility indicators, a bi-level programming decision-making model of resource allocation is built, and then a heuristic resource allocation algorithm is designed, which proves the pareto optimality of the supply chain of cloud manufacturing. A sample application finally verifies the feasibility and validity of the whole resource allocation mechanism.
