基于感性工程/TRIZ理论的鞋架创新设计

Innovative Design of Shoe Rack Based on Kansei Engineering and TRIZ Theory

摘要: 针对鞋架设计中存在的功能单一等问题,采用感性工程/TRIZ集成理论设计了一款具有自动全方位擦鞋功能的新型鞋架。首先根据用户调查得出鞋架设计4个关键感性词汇,采用阶层类别分析法将感性词汇转化为设计要素;其次通过设计要素分析,得出1对物理矛盾和2对技术矛盾,利用TRIZ理论的4条分离原理和40个发明原理解决矛盾并提供了一种可行性方案。与市场上现有鞋架相比,该创新型鞋架方便运输、轻松放鞋、具有自动刷鞋功能,使用者能够体验到更加舒适的生活。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of single function in shoe frame design, a new shoe rack with automatic full shoe polish is designed based on Kansei Engineering and TRIZ theory. First of all, according to the user survey, four key perceptual words of shoe frame design are obtained. The hierarchical design analysis method is used to transform the perceptual design elements into design elements. Secondly, through the analysis of design elements, a pair of physical contradictions and two pairs of technical contradictions are obtained. TRIZ theory is used to solve physical and technical contradictions and a feasible scheme is provided. Compared with the existing shoe rack market, the innovative rack is convenient for transportation, easy to put back shoes, with automatic function of shoe brush, so that users can experience more comfort and convenience.
