摘要: 通过对颠覆性技术产生动因的分析可知,新技术的颠覆性创新潜力可通过其在不同的创新轨迹上解决原技术与市场冲突、自身技术发展与市场冲突的能力进行评价。在建立评价体系基础上,通过专家打分,运用灰色模糊综合评价方法,较为客观和有效地评价了新技术的颠覆性创新潜力,为政府培育和企业选择颠覆性技术提供新思路。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the causes of disruptive technology, the potential of disruptive innovation in new technologies can be evaluated by analyzing its ability of solving the conflict of the original technology and the market as well as the conflict of technology development and market in different innovation trajectory. Based on formulating an evaluation system, the potential of disruptive innovation in new technologies is objectively and effectively evaluated through the expert scoring and the use of gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, providing new ideas for the government to nurture and for enterprises to choose disruptive technology.
