EPR下动力电池梯度利用的闭环供应链定价策略与协调机制

Closed-Loop Supply Chain Pricing Strategy and Coordination Mechanism for Electric Vehicle Batteries Gradient Utilization under EPR

摘要: 根据废旧动力电池具有梯度利用的特性,创建了以电池制造商为回收责任方的电池梯度利用模型,并分别在供应链集中式决策与分散式决策条件下对动力电池的梯度利用问题展开研究,得到了不同决策条件下的最优决策组合及最优利润。最后,引入收益共享契约对分散式决策条件下的供应链进行优化,并通过算例分析进一步验证了本文结论及共享契约的准确性与有效性。结果表明:在集中式决策条件下,动力电池回收成本与销售价格呈正相关,与回收率及闭环供应链利润呈负相关。而在分散式决策条件下,动力电池补贴价格与销售价格呈负相关,与回收率呈正相关。

Abstract: In the context of the vigorous implementation of the EPR system in China, a battery gradient utilization model is created based on the battery manufacturer's recycling responsibility based on the gradient utilization characteristics of the used power battery.Then respectively under the conditions of centralized and decentralized decision-making in the supply chain, the gradient utilization of power battery is studied, and the optimal decision combination and optimal profit under different decision-making conditions are obtained. Finally, the revenue sharing contract is introduced to optimize the supply chain under the condition of decentralized decision-making. The accuracy and effectiveness of the conclusion and shared contract are further verified by a case study. The results show that under the condition of centralized decision-making, the recovery cost of power battery is positively correlated with the sales price, and negatively correlated with the recovery rate and the profit of closed-loop supply chain. Under decentralized decision-making condition, the power battery subsidy price is negatively correlated with the sales price and positively correlated with the recovery rate.
