摘要: 在“多供应商、单配送中心、单主机厂”的汽车零部件供应网络中,为解决由第三方物流(TPL)服务商在主机厂生产需求信息驱动下主导供应物流活动的库存-运输集成优化问题,构建汽车零部件库存-运输集成优化模型,确定集货运输阶段的取货频次、循环取货路径以及送货阶段的零部件分组方法与送货次数等策略,分析验证了模型的可行性与有效性,同时可减少二氧化碳排放。

Abstract: In the "multi-supplier, single distribution center, single OEM" auto parts supply network, in order to solve the inventory-transportation integrated optimization problems of the third-party logistics (TPL) service provider, driven by the OEM's production demand information in leading the supply logistics activities, an auto parts inventory-transportation integrated optimization model is constructed, determining the frequency of pickup in the collection and transportation phase, the circular pickup route, and the component grouping method and delivery times of the delivery phase. The feasibility of the model has been verified in both performance and effectiveness, as well as in reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
