区域物流一体化的府际多元行为四维演化博弈研究

摘要: 为了揭示区域物流一体化下地方政府策略选择动态过程,以区域内两地区政府为研究对象,在有限理性前提下构建二元组改进经典四维演化博弈模型,求解府际合作多元行为演化轨迹和均衡状态,分析直接收益、协同收益、直接成本、协同成本及能力补偿等关键因素对区域物流一体化行为的影响路径。结果表明,直接成本和协同成本均会影响区域物流一体化关系,提高监管力度后,府际间能力补偿能够有效促进区域物流一体化合作。

Abstract: In order to reveal the dynamic process of local government strategy selection in regional logistics integration, a bi-tuple improved classical four-dimensional evolutionary game model is established with the two local governments in a region as the study object under the premise of bounded rationality assumption. The evolution trajectory and equilibrium state of diversified behavior in intergovernmental cooperation are solved and the influence path of key factors is analyzed such as direct benefit, collaborative benefit, direct cost, collaborative cost and capacity compensation on regional logistics integration behavior. Results show that both direct and collaborative cost can affect the regional logistics integration; after the supervision is strengthened, the intergovernmental capacity compensation can effectively promote the regional logistics integration cooperation.
