Abstract: In order to solve and improve the hemiplegic patients' comfort when using lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton, and simulate the behavior and posture by the CATIA ergonomic module, the human and mechanism relationships of the exoskeleton system is studied. In this condition, combined with ergonomics theory, the lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton is designed, checked and evaluated by ergonomics. At last, through the simulation results and demonstration of man-machine evaluation system, with this design method, the movement space and man-machine system of lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton meet the requirements of providing certain comfort for hemiplegic patients.
