Abstract: Aiming at increasing the performance level of automobile distribution logistics, a systematic and comprehensive quantitative performance evaluation system for automotive distribution logistics is developed in this paper. To evaluate the performance in the system, the index weights are determined by combining the balanced scorecard method (BSC) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the system, it presents goal realization indices such that the quantitative performance evaluation results can be compared with the planned one. In this way, it can promote the continuous improvement of the performance. The feasibility, operability, and practicability of the proposed method are verified through examples.
