Abstract: Provision of safety producer service through markets is an important way for the enterprise. But markets of safety producer service in our nation are not perfect yet. From the point of the labor-division-theory, the provision of safety producer service through markets depends on the enterprise's decision on organizations and manufacturing patterns, which is also the equilibrium of the enterprise- mutual decisions influence. The threshold value, which represents the provision efficiency of safety producer service through markets, is the switching factor for the provision patterns of safety producer service. Efficiency threshold is solved in an inframarginal analysis model of decision-making on specialization and manufacturing patterns. It is showed in this brief that, provision costs of safety producer service inside the enterprise and trading efficiency through the markets are the decisive factors which decide the provision patterns of safety producer service.
