A Study of the Functional Area Layout Planning of Logistics Park Considering Railway Dividing Line

Abstract: An improved SLP method is used to quantitatively analyze various factors affecting the layout of a logistics park divided into 11 functional areas. And by analyzing the relationship between logistics and non-logistics between functional areas, and determining the closeness, a railway logistics park layout planning model is established. The model takes the minimum total transportation cost between the functional areas and the maximum comprehensive relationship as the objective function, and sets the constraints of minimum spacing constraint, boundary constraint, entrance and exit constraint, railway constraint and length and width constraint. The design of particle swarm algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are combined. The SAPSO method is used to solve the model, and the model is studied by examples to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the method.
