基于正交实验的片式电感器印刷质量改善研究

Improving Printing Quality of Chip Inductor Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要: 片式电感器印刷受多因素影响易出缺陷产品,需要多途径改进质量。应用正交实验方法来确定影响印刷质量主要因素的重要程度及其合理水平是可选之途径,经过2次实验后发现:1) 正交实验法是探索多因素影响下片式电感器印刷质量改进的可行之法;2) 影响片式电感器印刷精度质量的4因子对精度影响程度顺序为温度> 网高> 速度> 压力;3) 影响片式电感器印刷质量的4因子存在最佳参数。应用最佳参数进行生产能够显著提高片式电感器生产的工序能力。

Abstract: The main cause of product defection chip inductorlies in that the accuracy of printing process does not accord with the norm. Improving the printing precision is the key of production management. In view of the fact that printing preciseness is caused by many factors, an orthogonal experiment can be used to find the importance degree and reasonable level of factors, which can improve the process capability of printing. Applying this method to the printing of chip inductor in D Company, it is found that the order and the rational level of four factors and it concluded that: 1) the orthogonal experiment is effective in searching for quality improvement; 2) with the orthogonal experiment, the different degree of the four factors influencing printing preciseness is found, and the order is drying temperature> net height> speed> pressure; 3) the method can get the optimal parameters for better printing accuracy on chip inductor. The production capability of the chip inductor is improved obviously by using the optimal parameters.
