消费者异质偏好下闭环供应链宣传策略动态研究

A Dynamic Study of Propaganda Strategy in Closed-loop Supply Chain Under Consumer Heterogeneous Preference

摘要: 在消费者异质偏好视角下,将消费者细分为品牌偏好型和性能偏好型。借助微分博弈理论,研究政府双重补贴下闭环供应链内广告宣传、促销宣传和回收宣传3种宣传策略的动态决策及影响。研究发现,不论何种决策情形,广告和促销宣传努力均能直接提高新产品和再造品售价,回收宣传努力则仅能通过产品商誉间接影响商品的售价和市场需求;3类宣传努力水平均会随时间推移趋向最优稳定值,并随产品商誉动态变化而变化,且不论何种决策情形下均有促销宣传努力水平最优稳定值最高;政府再制造补贴始终有利于再制造行业发展,但回收补贴仅在集中决策下可发挥此作用;企业在集中决策下可实现收益最大化,在无法实现集中合作情形下,通过契约手段可有效提升收益,其中收益共享契约更能实现闭环供应链帕累托改进。

Abstract: In the perspective of consumers' heterogeneous preference, consumers are subdivided by brand preference and performance preference, and a study is conducted on the closed-loop supply chain for the dynamic decision-making and impact of advertising, promotion and recycling propaganda under government subsidies by differential game theory. The research shows that, no matter what the situation, advertising efforts and promotional efforts can directly increase the selling price of new products and recycled products, and that recycling efforts can only indirectly affect the selling price and market demand of products through product goodwill. Three types of propaganda efforts will tend to the optimal stable value over time, and change with the dynamic change of product goodwill. And the optimal stable value of promotional efforts is the highest among the three types of propaganda efforts. Government remanufacturing subsidies have always been beneficial to the development of the remanufacturing industry, but recycling subsidies can only play this role under the centralized manners. The benefits of decisions can be maximized under centralized manners, and if centralized manners cannot be achieved, companies can increase revenue through the contract model, and the revenue sharing contract can better achieve the Pareto improvement of the closed-loop supply chain.
