Abstract: In order to effectively control the unsafe behaviors of construction workers, the intervention model of influencing factors of unsafe behaviors of construction workers was established by using system dynamics method. The dynamic evolution process of unsafe behaviors was simulated by Vensim software, and an intervention experiment was carried out through the simulation data. The final results show that: the level of safety management and individual safety behavior have obvious restraint effect on unsafe behavior of construction workers; after the combination intervention strategies are adopted, the unsafe behavior level of the operators is significantly reduced, and the comprehensive combination intervention strateg based on the "proactive + reactive" thinking has a significant effect on the control of unsafe behavior.
