Abstract: The problem of how to guarantee the low operation cost to the intra-node and inter-node coordination of each node in the multi-echelon and multi-node distribution network when enterprises adopt dual-channel distribution strategy is studied. Because there are few researches on the inventory allocation of multi-echelon dual channel distribution network at home and abroad, an optimal configuration method of online inventory at any echelon is presented and the multi-echelon guaranteed service inventory model expanded into a dual-channel multi-echelon distribution network inventory configuration optimization model. The results show that the integrated dual channel distribution network reduces the operating cost of the enterprise, while the allocation online inventory improves the efficiency of the enterprise's online commodity transaction and reduce the overall operating cost of the distribution network.

Key words: multi-echelon distribution network, dual-channel, inventory optimization configuration
