    Industrial Engineering Journal    2011, 14 (2): 104-108.
    Abstract12735)            Save
In selecting one of the project delivery methods (PDMs),the existing models always neglect the uncertainties of the decisionmakers for the problem to be solved, which may result in nonoptimal ranks for the alternatives.According to the uncertain factors of lumpsum contracting PDMs,assumptions are presented for the decision making problem of selecting a lumpsum contracting project delivery method. The problem is solved by using uncertain multiple attribute (UMA) theory.Based on UMA,a decisionmaking support model is proposed. In the model,a sorting vector of possibility degree is obtained by using UEOWA and ULHA operators. In this way,an attribute evaluation system is developed.A case study is used to show the decisionmaking procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A Research on Multicollinearity in Multidimensional System Optimization-Based on FDOD Measurement
    Han Ya-juan
    Industrial Engineering Journal    2013, 16 (5): 79-84.
    Abstract7843)            Save
Due to the multicollinearity, it is difficult to accurately calculate the Mahalanobis distance, which is puzzling in multidimensional system analysis. Gram-Schmidt method and adjoint matrix method of MTS, put forward by Genichi Taguchi, are used to solve multicollinearity problems by improving Mahalanobis distance function. However, both of them have some insuperable defects. The function of degree of disagreement (FDOD) measurement, a method based on entropy, is adopted to measure the degree of abnormality of multidimensional observations instead of Mahalanobis distance function. Also, FDOD measurement and Taguchi method are integrated for multidimensional system optimization and dimension reduction, which thoroughly solve multicollinearity problems. Cases of Spanish banks in financial crisis are analyzed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

    Industrial Engineering Journal    2012, 15 (3): 46-51.
    Abstract6847)            Save
In the existing supplier selection methods, the solution is dependent on the opinions of experts. Thus, it needs to deal with the uncertain and fuzzy judgments made by experts. To solve this problem, based on uncertain linguistic information, a logistic service supplier selection method is put forward in this paper. By this method, uncertain linguistic variables are used to represent experts evaluation information such that the decision information can be preserved. With the uncertain linguistic variables, an attribute weighted optimization model of logistics service quality evaluation is developed. This model is solved by using Lagrange function such that the weights of attributes are determined. Then, by using the uncertain linguistic weighted geometric(ULWG) operator, the expert judgment information is collected such that we can order the candidate suppliers according to the objectives. A case study from a corporation is presented to show the application and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

    Abstract5950)            Save
A supply chain system is a non-linear and complex system. In order to optimize the total cost of a supply chain to enhance overall competitiveness, a simulationbased optimization approach was raised. Firstly, the System Dynamics model of a three-echelon collaborative supply chain was built. In order to minimize the total cost, enterprises in this supply chain needed to solve some decision variables. Secondly, the processes about converting the system dynamics model to a Matlab program model were minutely shown. Some groups of stochastic parameters were used to verify the converting processes. Finally, an appropriate Genetic Algorithm was applied to obtain some satisfactory solutions. The results show that this simulationbased optimization approach could not only display the dynamic characteristics of a supply chain, but also solve the problem fast with a high accuracy. It could effectively solve single-objective or multi-objective programming problems in supply chains. A system dynamics model has a relatively fixed structure and does not adapt to a heterogeneous interactive environment. This approach supplements a system dynamics model. The converted Matlab program model could be deeply simulated and studied. Objective functions and constraints could be flexibly defined. Dynamic changing processes of the system could be minutely analyzed and interactive interfaces to other applications also provided.

Based on the game theory, the differential price coordination is addressed in this paper for a closed-loop supply chain with third-party collection of used products.First, the decentralized and centralized differential pricing models are established. With them, the optimal pricing strategy and the optimal profit for the members in a closed-loop supply chain are analyzed. Then,it is found that efficiency is lost in the decentralized closed-loop supply chain. Finally,it puts forward a profitsharing coordination contract to coordinate the closedloop supply chain, which makes the profit of the decentralized closed-loop supply chain equal to that of the integrated closed-loop supply chain.

    Abstract4972)            Save
To improve the efficiency of fresh agricultural product logistics distribution, a general three-layer fresh agricultural products distribution network is proposed, and a multi-objective mathematical model with the distribution cost minimum and customer satisfaction maximum established. Penalty function is introduced to deal with constraints and GA put forward to solve this question, according to the Pareto solution level and the level of congestion, sorting the same level of different individuals before choosing operation. Then the elite reserved strategy and maximum preserved crossover operation are used to obtain the Pareto optimal solutions. To verify the performance of algorithm, firstly, it is compared with the results of the standard genetic algorithm. At the same time, it sets different parameters and the result error is reduced. The results show that the established model and algorithm are effective and can provide guidance for practical application.

    Abstract4897)            Save
With the target of maximizing time efficiency and minimizing disaster loss, emergency supplies focus on the cooperation of emergency capacity reserve between government and enterprise. Under three different conditions (without any measures, punishment, punishment and subsidies in parallel), an evolutionary game analysis is conducted in terms of emergency productivity reserve between the government and the enterprises. Analysis shows that under certain conditions, the government′s inspection cost, regular or irregular, government′s subsidies and punishment, are the key factors that influence the cooperation of both sides. And through a numerical example to validate the conclusion, the emergency productivity reserve strategy is analyzed.

    Abstract4812)            Save
In order to investigate game strategies between airports, airlines and industrial government for controlling runway incursion risks, a tripartite evolutionary game model is built based on payoff function matrix and the evolutionary game process simulated based on system dynamics. Two kinds of simulation environments are set up, including probability mutation and dynamic regulation. The model has passed tests and sensitivity analysis. Simulation results show that the game model has effective solutions, but there is no evolutionary equilibrium. There is evolutionary equilibrium under the condition of dynamic regulation strategy. The conclusion is that economic sanction is imposed as the function of runway incursion risks severity. Industrial government implements dynamic regulation strategy which pushes airports and airlines to intensify the control of runway incursion risks. 

    Abstract4699)            Save
In order to overcome the interfacial microstructure contradiction caused by participation and interests discrepancy in the public cultural facilities construction and management and improve public cultural projects, a replicated dynamic method in evolutionary game theory is used to research the game relationship among the owner, the contractor and the public in public cultural facilities construction of our country. By building an asymmetric tripartite game payoff matrix and analyzing replication dynamic equation, stable strategies under different conditions are derived. And three dimensional stereograms are given to show the influence that the variation of different parameters have on the strategic evolutionary trend and stability. Results show that punishment strength on speculation, supervision cost and positive social incentive from the public affect the owner′s strategic choice; that anticipated punishment on speculation, and the public evaluation′s influence on the income affect the contractor′s strategic choice; and that whether the public cultural facilities supply meets the demand of the public affects the public′s strategic choice. In the end, strategic evolutionary trend stereograms under different conditions of three parties are combined to discuss the whole system′s game equilibrium states and find four groups of evolutionary stable strategies under different initial states of parameters.
