    A Research on the Optimization of Urban Commuting Routes from a Dynamic Perspective

    Aiming at the problem of "difficulty in commuting to work" for urban office workers, considering the uncertainty of traffic congestion, the dynamic route optimization problem of commuter vehicles based on real-time traffic information is studied from a dynamic perspective, and the problem of stop location selection is chosen as the priority factor to perform analysis. The dynamic route optimization problem of commuter vehicle is divided into initial route optimization and dynamic route adjustment, an initial route optimization model with the shortest driving route as the goal is established, "route update rules" are re-formulated, and intersections are introduced as the new critical nodes into the update strategy. Through the empirical analysis, after dynamic optimization, the commuting efficiency in the state of no congestion can be increased by 35.7%, and the commuting efficiency in the state of congestion can be increased by 40%, which shows that both the model and algorithm are reliable and effective.

    A Research on Optimal Decision Making of Remanufacturing Closed-loop Supply Chain Considering Government Subsidies and Different Recycling Channels

    In order to study the influence of different recycling channels on the decision-making of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain under the government's implementation of remanufacturing subsidies and recycling subsidies, a Stackelberg master-slave game model in a closed-loop supply chain with manufacturers as leaders and retailers and recyclers as followers is established to compare and analyze the optimal pricing and recycling strategies of different recycling channels under two subsidy methods. The results show that the amount of subsidy can reduce product prices and wholesale prices, stimulate consumption, increase recycling rates, and increase the profits of all participants in the closed-loop supply chain, regardless of the type of subsidy. When there are dual recycling channels, the intensity of competition between recyclers and retailer for recycling affects product prices, recycling rates, and manufacturers' profits, while recycling transfer prices are only related to the types of subsidies. Finally, the impact of different subsidies and different recycling channels on the closed-loop supply chain is discussed through a case analysis.

    Decision of TPL-led Fresh Produce Three-layer E-commerce Supply Chain

    In order to study the optimal strategy and maximum profit of the TPL-led fresh produce three-layer e-commerce supply chain with the market demand which is affected by online retail price, availability of safety traceability system and freshness, the Stackelberg game model consisting of a TPL, a supplier, and a fresh produce e-commerce enterprise is constructed to investigate the impact of different leadership on optimal strategy and profit. The strategy differences of supply chain with different leadership are analyzed, and the theoretical derivations and results are illustrated with numerical examples. The results show that: the TPL profit, availability of safety traceability system, fresh-keeping effort and market demand when the supplier is under the second leadership are greater than those when it is under the third leadership. Different leadership of product suppliers will also have an impact on the profits of supply chain enterprises, and the profits tend to be those with higher leadership. However, the total profits of the two modes under decentralized decision-making are lower than those under centralized decision-making.

    Based on the advantages of drone distribution, a regional collaborative distribution problem between drone and truck is proposed. Considering the situation that drone is used to distribute in sparse area and truck and drone cooperate in demand intensive area, due to the small load capacity of drone, the customer demand of drone access is allowed to be split. Combined with the access path relationship between drone and truck, a mixed integer programming model is established to minimize the transportation cost and the labor cost of using truck, and an improved variable neighborhood search algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The characteristic analysis of small-scale calculation shows that the transportation cost is sensitive to the load capacity and unit transportation cost of drone. The test results of several different scale examples show that the improved variable neighborhood search algorithm can effectively solve the cases of various scales in a short time, and the algorithm has a good stability.

    The new trend of business competition currently relies on meeting customized demand in a fast, accurate, and low-cost way. By achieving mass customization with IoT, internet plus, and big data, Rendanheyi adapts corporates to oversupply, as a new market trend, and products experience, as a new competition driving force, which consequently help accurately secure better customer experience. With a review of the history of Rendanheyi and an analysis of how competition driving forces evolve under oversupply, the theoretical basis and feasible practices of Rendanheyi are summarized, and thereby, management implications proposed. Findings show that IoT, internet plus, and big data not only contribute to accurate demand prediction, but also work on optimizing enterprise organization systems and proposing incentives to build novel ecosystems, which jointly drive the implementation of Rendanheyi. And successfully, Rendanheyi precisely matches scenario demand and supply of systematical service solutions, and additionally, enhance self-actualization of people. Taking a page from Rendanheyi practice supports supply-side structural reforms and high-quality development and transformation for businesses.

    Dual-channel Supply Chain Cooperative Emission Reduction Considering Subsidies and Promotion Cost Allocation in the Carbon Cap and Trade Regulation

    In order to study the cooperative emission reduction strategy of dual-channel supply chain considering low carbon subsidies and low carbon publicity of retailers under carbon cap-and-trade, a dual-channel supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer is constructed. The models of centralized decision-making with carbon emission reduction subsidy and low carbon publicity, and the models of decentralized decision-making with no carbon emission reduction subsidy and no low carbon publicity cost allocation, and carbon emission reduction subsidy but no low carbon publicity cost allocation, carbon emission reduction subsidy and low carbon publicity cost allocation are respectively established in the dual-channel supply chain, and the optimal decision analyzed. It is pointed out that the coordination of dual channel supply chain can be achieved with government's carbon reduction subsidy, allocation of carbon emission reduction cost and low carbon promotion cost. The results indicate that optimal carbon reduction rate, optimal low carbon promotion level and dual channel supply chain profit are positively related to government subsidy ratio, the influence coefficient of low-carbon preference on demand, the influence coefficient of low-carbon promotion on online consumer demand, and the influence coefficient of low-carbon promotion on offline consumer demand. The optimal carbon reduction rate, optimal low carbon promotion level and dual channel supply chain profit are inversely related to the cost coefficient of low carbon promotion and carbon emission reduction. The optimal carbon emission reduction rate is positively related to carbon emission trading price, but optimal low carbon promotion level and dual channel supply chain profit are inversely to carbon emission trading price.

    A Research on the Coordination Mechanism of Closed-loop Supply Chain Based on Government Multi-policy and Third-party Recycling Mode

    In order to study the coordination problem in the closed-loop supply chain with third-party structure under the government multi-policy situation and based on multi-policy and retailer dominance, three cases of supply chain models are established, and the optimal pricing decisions and profits in the supply chain under different conditions compared and analyzed. The results show that the government can effectively increase the amount of recycling and increase the profit of the third party and customer utility in the reverse supply chain, but decrease the profit of the retailers and manufacturers and customer utility in the forward supply chain; and that the efficiency loss is caused by decentralized decision. A profit and expense sharing contract and authorization-optimal recovery quantity contract are designed to improve the profit of supply chain members. By coordination, the profit of supply chain members and customer utility are improved.

    In order to organically combine comment incentives and quality incentives to achieve better supply chain coordination effects, the three-level online shopping supply chain composed of e-commerce platform, merchants and consumers is taken as the research object, and the method of Game Theory used to construct an online shopping supply chain coordination model considering the impact of consumer comments. Through the solution analysis of the model's optimal decision and numerical simulation, the coordination of online shopping supply chain is discussed under the implementation of review incentives or quality incentives alone and the implementation of these two incentives simultaneously, as well as different quality impact coefficients, different consumer reviews impact coefficients, and different consumer reviews costs. The result shows that the e-commerce platform can use review incentives and quality incentives to coordinate the online shopping supply chain while improving product quality and consumer willingness to write reviews. To this end, the e-commerce platform should set different degrees of review incentives and quality incentives for different value commodities, and the two incentives must cooperate to achieve the best coordination.

    The performance of a supply chain (SC) consisting of a monopolistic manufacturer and two competing retailers has been analyzed under a credit-period promotional-effort dependent demand. The trade credit made by the manufacturer and the promotional efforts offered by the competing retailers. Through the establishment of three kinds of decentralized decision-making models (Nash, Collusion and Stackelberg) and centralized decision models of supply chain between two retailers, the performance of supply chain members and the whole channel is analyzed, and the optimal value of trade credit and promotion efforts derived. On this basis, competition and coordination of supply chain members are considered, by balancing individual interests of the supply chain members and the interests of the whole channel, and then coordination contract parameters and conditions of the channel determined. Finally, through a numerical example and sensitivity analysis, the models are verified and compared. The results show the coordination mechanism can improve the profit of the whole supply chain, and guarantee the participation of all members of the supply chain, realizing the supply chain channel coordination.

    Optimal Manufacturing/Remanufacturing Production Decisions Under Carbon Offset Mechanism

    Carbon offset mechanism is an important supplementary regulation of carbon market. To study the impact of carbon offset mechanism on manufacturing/remanufacturing production decisions, two production decisions models are constructed respectively for emission-based and allowance-based carbon offsets mechanism. Through model solving and numerical analysis, the optimal decisions under the two models are compared to explore the impact of offset cap, and acceptance of remanufactured products on optimal production decisions. The results show that, the offset mechanism will increase the quantity of new products and reduce the quantity of remanufactured ones, and improve the firm's profit, consumer surplus and social welfare. Raising offset cap will strengthen this trend. However, an increase in the offset cap does not always reduce the cost of carbon emissions. This trend reverses when offset cap is too high. Optimal strategies are more sensitive to offset cap when the acceptance of remanufactured products is large. For government, a reasonable offset cap should be set to improve social welfare, although this may reduce the firm's profit. Manufacturers with high free allowance can earn more profit under allowance-based mechanism than that under emission-based mechanism, and vice versa.

    An Optimization of Multi-vehicle Picking Routing Problem Based on Fishbone Warehouse Layout

    In order to promote the application of fishbone warehouse in actual scenarios, aiming at the problem of picking route optimization under the fishbone warehouse layout, a distance calculation model for picking points and a picking route optimization model based on the shortest multi-vehicle picking distance with load and volume restrictions as the overall goal were constructed. Considering the strong global search ability of the genetic algorithm (GA), the fast convergence speed of the particle swarm optimization (GAPSO) and the strong local optimization ability of the ant colony algorithm (ACO), a hybrid algorithm to solve the optimization model of the picking route was proposed. Through simulation experiments of different order sizes, it is concluded that the hybrid algorithm is superior to the GA algorithm and the GAPSO algorithm in terms of fitness value, number of iterations, and convergence speed. And when the order size is large, the average fitness value is reduced by about 8%, which effectively shortens the total picking distance. The results verify the advancement and effectiveness of the hybrid algorithm in solving the picking route problem under the fishbone warehouse layout, and provide new solutions and ideas for solving the picking route problem inside such warehouses.

    Considering two scenarios of complete outsourcing and manufacturing outsourcing, game models of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making are established to obtain the corresponding optimal decision of each member in the green supply chain dominated by the brand merchant. The results indicate that, in the scenario of complete outsourcing and manufacturing outsourcing, the level of carbon emission reduction is higher in centralized decision-making than in decentralized decision-making; and that no matter what decision-making method is adopted, the complete outsourcing situation can achieve higher level of carbon emission reduction. Through a numerical analysis, the influence of carbon emission reduction cost coefficient and carbon rebate coefficient on the optimal order quantity, total carbon emissions and supply chain profit are discussed.

    Offshore wind farms are located in remote environment and have been constantly corroded by saline alkali. In order to solve the problems of multiple-fault detection and identification in the operation process of wind turbines, a model is established based on the traditional convolution neural network LeNet-5. The model adopts the ReLU function as the activation function, and a convolutional layer, a pooling layer and a full connection layer are incepted. Aiming at the datasets of the wind turbine supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and the condition monitoring (CM) system, a multi-category fault diagnosis is carried out. A cluster analysis is implemented on several wind turbines, followed by ensemble learning to build a multi-machine wind turbine fault diagnosis model. The experimental results indicate that the diagnostic accuracy of the proposed method is 97% ~ 99%. By comparing the experimental results and other algorithms, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.

    In order to further improve the efficiency of autocorrelation process monitoring, the residual control chart for autocorrelation process using gated recurrent unit (GRU) neural network is proposed. The GRU network is off-line trained and tested with the autocorrelation process data in control to monitor the prediction error and form the residual control chart for control. The trained GRU network is used to predict the current process variation and the residual control chart is used to determine whether the current process is out of control. Monte Carlo simulation method is used to compare the performance with the residual control chart based on first-order autoregressive model, BP neural network and support vector regression. The experiment results indicate that the difference of ARL between the proposed residual control chart and the other three kinds of control charts is small, that is, the performance of the four kinds of control charts is equivalent when the process is in control; while in the process of abnormal mean shift, the ARL of the proposed residual control chart is smaller than the other three kinds of control charts. The monitoring efficiency of the residual chart presented in this study has a remarkable improvement for mean shift of autocorrelation process.

    Pricing Strategy of Intelligent Express Delivery Cabinet Based on Queuing Theory

    Using the queuing theory method, the service system of large and small lockers of intelligent express cabinets were abstracted into a M/ M/ n/ n loss queuing system respectively, and the income model of express cabinet supplier was constructed. Through the case numerical experiment, the pricing strategy of the lockers under the situation of the supplier's profit maximization was explored and the influences of relevant parameters on the supplier's maximum profit and the optimal price of the lockers were discussed. The results show that, if the lockers are reasonably set to match the express delivery requirements in a service area and a certain amount of express cabinet advertising revenue is guaranteed, the current locker price of 0.3 ~ 0.6 yuan/time can be appropriately reduced, and the users need not or should not pay the suppliers any fees for normal use of lockers, which can ensure reasonable profits for suppliers and couriers using express cabinets, and increase their willingness to use express cabinets.

    Taking industrial robots as the research object, the standard operation time model for industrial robots to complete a process is proposed. According to the characteristics of industrial robot production, the components of standard operation time are obtained for industrial robots to complete a process. The characteristics of a single industrial robot, multiple industrial robots in series, and multiple industrial robots in parallel are discussed. Based on reliability and other related theories, the mathematical model of the normal operation time (t), mean time to repair (MTTR), and mean preventive maintenance time (MPMT) of the process in these three conditions is derived. Among them, based on process capability, the parallel industrial robot is transformed into a series form for deducing the standard operation time model. Taking the industrial robots of an intelligent production line as an example, compared with normal operation time, the error rate between the standard production capacity based on the new standard operation time and the actual production capacity drops from 4.29% to 1.72%.

    Intelligent Network Slicing Management for URLLC Services in Power Internet of Things

    With the development of 5G-based power internet of things, various new services are emerging, such as electricity consumption information collection, power transmission and transformation status monitoring, and precise load control. An intelligent network slicing management method is proposed for the URLLC (ultra reliable low latency communication) scenario of the power internet of things. This method integrates 5G slicing and MEC (mobile edge computing) technologies to establish the delay, energy consumption and reliability models of power service, and the slicing resources are optimized through the DQN (deep Q network) algorithm. Simulation experiments show that the reliability of the intelligent network slicing management method proposed in the study is higher than 98%, and it is better than the classic coordinate block descent method and the average resource allocation method.

    In order to solve and improve the hemiplegic patients' comfort when using lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton, and simulate the behavior and posture by the CATIA ergonomic module, the human and mechanism relationships of the exoskeleton system is studied. In this condition, combined with ergonomics theory, the lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton is designed, checked and evaluated by ergonomics. At last, through the simulation results and demonstration of man-machine evaluation system, with this design method, the movement space and man-machine system of lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton meet the requirements of providing certain comfort for hemiplegic patients.

    The parallel machines scheduling problem with job-splitting property and family setups is common in engineering practice such as drilling task scheduling of printed circuit boards. Until now, there is still a lack of efficient optimization model and method. To address this issue, a mathematical model with the objective to minimize the total tardiness is first constructed, and then two existing dominance rules are embedded in the form of constraints. In order to solve a practical size problem efficiently, the simulated annealing algorithms with embedded dominance rules are proposed. Finally, computational experiments based on randomly generated instances are designed to validate the effectiveness of the constructed models and algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed mathematical model with embedded dominance rules is superior to the existing model in terms of the size of the problem that can be solved and the computational efficiency. In addition, the proposed simulated annealing algorithm with embedded dominance rules are also superior to the existing simulated annealing algorithm.

    Influence of Presentation Interface of Spatial Information on Path Finding Behavior in Building Fires

    In order to improve the space sharing efficiency between the internal and external groups during the crisis rescue process, two kinds of spatial information interfaces are designed by combining the dynamic building structure change of building fire with the cognitive representation of human spatial information and the interaction of spatial information: static orientation information consistent interface, dynamic orientation information consistent information interface; cognitive style consistent information interface, to explore the impact of orientation information on way-finding performance. The Unity3D software is used to simulate the actual dynamic space environment and to analyze the way-finding behavior of internal personnel in the virtual environment, and the interaction between the inside and outside of the building is recorded through video and interview. The results show that: 1) the way-finding time and travelling distance are shorter with the static information interface, and there are fewer errors in paths in the path-finding process, but the interaction behavior is more frequent; 2) with the dynamic information interface, the path-finding time and path are longer, and the interaction behavior is less in the way-finding process, but the error paths are more.
