    2015, 18 (2):  1-08.
    Abstract ( 3813 )   Save
The manufacturer management often adopts the strategy of overtime for the increasing demands. Overtime factor is added into the order acceptance problem, and overall balancing between over and under capacity utilization in different production line are considered as well. An optimization model is presented to maximize total profit and balance production capacity. Based on the characteristics of the model, two of estimation of distribution algorithms (EDAs), histogram-based sampling algorithm and node-based coincidence algorithm, are proposed. The results show that node-based coincidence algorithm is a potential algorithm for solving the problem. Moreover, the capacity balancing objective can effectively balance the capacity of production line and increase the total profit at the same time.

    Abstract ( 3924 )   Save
Firstly, a comprehensive analysis of the key factors affecting consumer demand for gasoline and diesel is made for selfrelevance, complexity and data volume, etc. A principal component analysis is made to reduce the dimension of the sample data, and a new set of samples is formed. Then, by improving the support vector machine model and introducing a dynamic factor in the timing of its foundation, and the demand for gasoline and diesel last year historical data into the model as the timing of the feedback factor, thus forming a new dynamic feedback fitting model, an appropriate demand forecasting model is established. Finally, a case study is made on forecasting demand for gasoline and diesel in the 1996~2012, and the proposed method of predicting and gray GM (1,1) model, and BP neural network model are analyzed. The results show that the improved prediction method relative to the GM support vector machine principal component analysis (1,1) model of the prediction errors are respectively 72.7%, 74.86% lower, and that comparing with the BP neural network, the prediction errors are reduced on average by 81.3%,81.66%. Results show that the principal component analysis using improved support vector machine method is superior to existing methods, which proves the effectiveness and superiority of this method.

    2015, 18 (2):  28-33.
    Abstract ( 3742 )   Save
Proper forecasting models are of strategic significance for upgrading and optimizing logistical industry. Common forecasting methods include increasing rate method, moving average method, time series method, etc. In real applications, many forecasting methods are not so accurate as to ensure validity because logistical data have such features as multi attributes (including redundant attributes), non-linear, small sample. A method is proposed that eliminates redundant attributes for reduction based on discernibility matrix algorithm with rough set theory improving the SVM model and optimizing the input parameters by genetic algorithm. Detailed steps of the forecasting method are provided and validity examined via cargo data of Guangdong province.

    2015, 18 (2):  34-40.
    Abstract ( 3639 )   Save
Aiming at the pricing of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the independent operator (IO) on remanufactured products in competitive environment, a twoperiod model was developed considering consumers′ heterogeneity of the demand for new and remanufactured products. The optimal collection rate and optimal price were obtained and compared under the conditions that the OEM selling new products and remanufactured products with same price or different prices. Finally the effect of parameters on the profits of the OEM and the IO was discussed by numerical examples. The conclusions state that if the OEM sets uniform price for all products, the price of remanufactured products is higher and the quantity greater and the OEM and the IO make more profit. The results mean that even with the competition of the IO, the OEM setting uniform price for all products is better than setting different prices for new and remanufactured products.

    Wu Yan-liang, Zhang Ren-qian, Fang Wei-guo
    2015, 18 (2):  41-50.
    Abstract ( 3808 )   Save
〗Product leasing service was studied considering the servitization conducted by many manufacturing enterprises aiming at identifying the optimal selling period and the best proportion between two kinds of product, i.e., the sellingproduct and the leasingproduct. Furthermore, a model maximizing the total profit considering the inventory holding cost, backorder cost, product depreciation expenses, etc is formulated. During the derivation of the best solution, some important properties can be obtained: there always exists the optimal proportion between the amount of sellingproduct and leasingproduct given the selling period in order to maximize the total profit, and vice versa. Results of numerical experiments and parameter sensitivity analysis shed light on management: manufacturer′s optical marketing strategies are affected by demand rate of leasingproduct and price of sellingproduct. And also, manufacturer should keep a reasonable amount of leasing product when panning to carry out the leasing service.

    Wang Hong-sen, Jia Su-ling, Yan Zhi-hua
    2015, 18 (2):  51-58.
    Abstract ( 5950 )   Save
A supply chain system is a non-linear and complex system. In order to optimize the total cost of a supply chain to enhance overall competitiveness, a simulationbased optimization approach was raised. Firstly, the System Dynamics model of a three-echelon collaborative supply chain was built. In order to minimize the total cost, enterprises in this supply chain needed to solve some decision variables. Secondly, the processes about converting the system dynamics model to a Matlab program model were minutely shown. Some groups of stochastic parameters were used to verify the converting processes. Finally, an appropriate Genetic Algorithm was applied to obtain some satisfactory solutions. The results show that this simulationbased optimization approach could not only display the dynamic characteristics of a supply chain, but also solve the problem fast with a high accuracy. It could effectively solve single-objective or multi-objective programming problems in supply chains. A system dynamics model has a relatively fixed structure and does not adapt to a heterogeneous interactive environment. This approach supplements a system dynamics model. The converted Matlab program model could be deeply simulated and studied. Objective functions and constraints could be flexibly defined. Dynamic changing processes of the system could be minutely analyzed and interactive interfaces to other applications also provided.

    2015, 18 (2):  59-65.
    Abstract ( 3767 )   Save
The impact of supply loss ratio on the dynamic supply chain networks of fresh agricultural products is addressed. By means of the variational inequality with the supply loss ratio and the price resilience in it, a model of supply chain network equilibrium is constructed. Cases of various supply loss ratios and various price resilience are analyzed, by which the impact of supply loss ratio and price resilience on the supply chain network equilibrium are found out. With the increase of supply loss ratio and price resilience, the total profit of all the parties will decrease. It is implied that producers and retailers should minimize the supply loss ratio and price resilience to maximize the total profit.

    2015, 18 (2):  66-72.
    Abstract ( 3864 )   Save
To analyze the effects of advance selling discount and advance selling quantity, the demand function was found based on the customers′ strategic behavior and the network externality. The optimal advance selling quantity and advance selling condition were determined by a comparative static analysis. And the results show that the optimal advance selling quantity was affected by the market demand. Furthermore, the numerical analysis was used for describing the effects of the network externality on retailer′s advance selling discount, advance selling condition and advance selling quantity. The results show that, while the factor of network externality was higher than 0.3, the advance selling strategy benefited the retailer, and while the factor was higher than 0.6, the advance selling discount would decrease and the factor and the profit of retailer would increase. All the conclusions can be -reference for the retailer′ selling strategies.

    2015, 18 (2):  73-79.
    Abstract ( 4812 )   Save
In order to investigate game strategies between airports, airlines and industrial government for controlling runway incursion risks, a tripartite evolutionary game model is built based on payoff function matrix and the evolutionary game process simulated based on system dynamics. Two kinds of simulation environments are set up, including probability mutation and dynamic regulation. The model has passed tests and sensitivity analysis. Simulation results show that the game model has effective solutions, but there is no evolutionary equilibrium. There is evolutionary equilibrium under the condition of dynamic regulation strategy. The conclusion is that economic sanction is imposed as the function of runway incursion risks severity. Industrial government implements dynamic regulation strategy which pushes airports and airlines to intensify the control of runway incursion risks. 

    2015, 18 (2):  80-86.
    Abstract ( 4699 )   Save
In order to overcome the interfacial microstructure contradiction caused by participation and interests discrepancy in the public cultural facilities construction and management and improve public cultural projects, a replicated dynamic method in evolutionary game theory is used to research the game relationship among the owner, the contractor and the public in public cultural facilities construction of our country. By building an asymmetric tripartite game payoff matrix and analyzing replication dynamic equation, stable strategies under different conditions are derived. And three dimensional stereograms are given to show the influence that the variation of different parameters have on the strategic evolutionary trend and stability. Results show that punishment strength on speculation, supervision cost and positive social incentive from the public affect the owner′s strategic choice; that anticipated punishment on speculation, and the public evaluation′s influence on the income affect the contractor′s strategic choice; and that whether the public cultural facilities supply meets the demand of the public affects the public′s strategic choice. In the end, strategic evolutionary trend stereograms under different conditions of three parties are combined to discuss the whole system′s game equilibrium states and find four groups of evolutionary stable strategies under different initial states of parameters.

    2015, 18 (2):  87-93.
    Abstract ( 3742 )   Save
To study the rate pricing strategy and coordination mechanism of a single retailer and bank in the seller′s consumption credit on the condition that mutual shifts exist between credit consumption demand and cash consumption demand, Stackelberg game and revenue sharing contract research method are used, and decentralized decisionmaking model, centralized decisionmaking model and revenue sharing contract model are established. Conclusions are drawn: as demand loss coefficient rises, the bank′s rate and the retailer′s fee subsidy rise as well, while the fee rate paid by consumers falls; when retailer shares all the consumption credit revenue with the bank, Revenue sharing contract can achieve coordination of credit consumption system, but to achieve the perfect winwin coordination of the system, the bank needs to share part of the profit further with retailer. The simulation result shows that compared with decentralized decisionmaking and on the revenue sharing contract, the retailer′s profit reduces by 254.475 4, while the bank′s profit increases by 508.950 9. As the overall profit of the system increases by 254.475 4, the system benefits improve by 25.56%.

    2015, 18 (2):  121-126.
    Abstract ( 3663 )   Save
Considering that inland origin-destination (OD) pairs involve a change in transport mode from inland transportation to maritime shipping, a network model of container liner transport is built to optimize the shipping line network and reduce the cost. Logit model and integer liner programming are utilized to convert inland OD demand to port-to-port demand and build a network evaluation of container liner transport. To minimize the total cost, the model needs to satisfy the constraints of shipping demand, transit time at loading port or discharging port and arranging rational capacity, and IOLG CPLEX optimization software is used to solve the computational model. The model is then used to redesign a company′s original network. The optimization result shows that, on the basis of the total volume approximately staying the same, the fleet size reduces from 81 to 77 and ship number from 289 to 269, which indicates that this model can effectively lower operating cost of container shipping and has great practical meaning.

    Abstract ( 3689 )   Save
Inserting feeding buffer in non-critical chain may lead to new problems, such as new resource conflict, non-critical chain overflow, etc. These problems further complicate the resource constrained project scheduling. In order to optimize the sizing of feeding buffer, based on root square error method (RSEM), independent float is applied to solve the feeding buffer setting in critical chain project management theory. Using independent float wish is the hidden safety time in project network, the activities on non-critical chain are differentiated. Aiming at the non-critical activities which have independent float, and changing the latest time execution strategy proposed by Goldratt, the new feeding buffer sizing approach is built. At the end, experimentation of different plans using various feeding buffer sizing methods has been done by means of simulation for contrastive analysis. Results show that the new approach reduces the problems caused by the feeding buffer inserting and improves the due date and execution performance of project.

Through the FTA, all the bottom events and the minimal cut sets which lead to the main failure of IBOP group are found out, and then the structure importance of the bottom events and the influence of the bottom events combinations determined. The prior improvement measures are firstly taken to deal with the important bottom events and combinations of the basic events which have a heavy influence on the system′s failure. Then the reliability of the weakest parts is calculated, which can derive more focus on the design improvements and fault monitoring of the weakest parts. With the researches on the reliability of the IBOP groups of nitrogen drilling, the main failure modes which lead to the system′s failure are obtained, which include the cone seal failure of arrowtype check valve, the reset spring failure of flap valve, the crushed valve ball of input type check valve, the fractured buckle of the bypass valve and the locked rotary ball of plug valve. Then all reasons that lead to the aforesaid five failure modes are analyzed and the corresponding improvement put forward.
