Abstract: Aiming at the problem of insufficient comfort accuracy of the qualitative evaluation operating system and difficulty in guiding the optimization of the man-machine layout plan, a work posture comfort evaluation system is established. The system is designed based on biomechanical analysis data of skeletal muscle combined with the secondary development of Creo, which can quantitatively evaluate the comfort of working posture,so as to optimize the layout plan.Firstly, taking the sitting height, inclination of backrest, and pedal position as variables, the evaluation model is constructed through the biomechanics simulation data of the driller's work. Then, using Creo/Toolkit combined with MFC technology to construct a human-computer interaction interface, and obtain a work posture comfort evaluation system. Finally, according to the model’s real-time evaluation of comfort, the model is directly optimized. The research shows that the established Creo-based operating posture comfort evaluation system accelerates the iterative efficiency of the layout plan and makes up for the shortcomings of the Creo man-machine analysis module; It provides a new way to quantitatively and quickly solve the operation posture comfort evaluation and a new idea to solve the problem of workover rig operation comfort.
